December 2017: Christmas time at Surrey Library's Central City branch again, and this year, instead of a Christmas tree, Robin built a cozy hearth with a roaring fire, complete with Santa

August 2017: Robin was at the Medicine Hat Mall for the 3rd year! Together with lots of help from local kids
and families, Robin built a new version of the giant Canada 150 flag! Lots of other activities, including free building, multiple building contests, and cool creations from Christina and the rest of the

August 2017: A new location at the Chilliwack Fair this year, and another celebration of Canada's 150th birthday.
Robin, Kevin, and Zach built a giant flag, along with some other creations, including Robin's amazing egg ... Photos at right.

August 2017: Abbotsford Agrifair time again! Fairgoers helped Robin build a slightly smaller version of the Canada 150 flag,
as well as a giant Canadian flag, and even a BC provincial flag! Photos at right.

July 2017: Fun in the nation's capital, at Ottawa's Canada Day 150 festivities. Robin and the fantastic crew from ParLUGment,
the local adult LEGO hobbyist club, built a huge Canada 150 flag, using over 100,000 LEGO bricks! Lots of pics at right.

June 2017: This year's theme at the Potashcorp Children's Festival of Saskatchewan was 'Building Bridges'.

May 2017: Robin and James headed to Eagleview Elementary where the entire school helped to build a very cool
mosaic that now hangs in the school's lobby! The mosaic featured drawings done by kids in every class. Click at right for photos.

May 2017: Telus World of Science created a new summer exhibit called "Made In Canada"

March 2017: We begin the celebrations of Canada's 150th birthday at LEGO Mania at
Tillicum Centre in Victoria. The VicLUG crew was on hand, and once again, over 125 kids

February 2017: Sidney Family Day LEGO
Festival was amazing! All the usual building activities and festivities, including Robin and the VicLUG crew building a model of a vintage tractor
